Independent Living
This lifestyle is ideal for those who are still active and independent, but prefer to have someone cook & clean for them, maintain the home, and desire socialization and security.  We offer Independent residents three delicious meals each day, weekly housekeeping, linen laundry service, paid utilities (except telephone), activities, transportation (if needed) and much more!

Assisted Living
Regency's Assisted Living program offers the perfect combination:  a supportive environment that allows staff to keep a watchful eye when necessary and individual apartments to give residents the privacy and dignity they deserve.  An assisted living resident receives all the amenities and services listed above.  Assisted Living is designed to respond to the individual needs of senior adults who need help with the activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, and supervision of medications, but do not need the skilled medical care provided by a nursing home.

Assisted living facilities also provide residents with needed social interaction that they may not receive living at home. This type of community has become a popular housing choice for senior adults because they provide the right blend of services at a reasonable cost and offer residents the opportunity to live as independently as possible.

Renaissance Centre - A Secure Memory Care Area

Regency now offers our experience and resources to care for those with Alzheimer's and other memory related disorders.  The Renaissance Centre offers the finest care for your loved one.  The specially trained caregivers at Renaissance Centre will make a difference for you and your loved one.  We work closely with you to listen and learn as much as possible about your loved one so we can create a program of care and support for them.  We feel it is an honor to be caring for your loved one.

Research shows that people with memory impairments function better in an environment of simplicity, with less confusion and a structured routine.  By partnering with families, we are able to create a special program of activities to support each resident.

The Renaissance Centre offers a safe, secure environment, complete with an enclosed outdoor courtyard.  Renaissance Centre residents enjoy three delicious meals and snacks daily, assistance with dressing, bathing & grooming, medication management, weekly housekeeping and laundry services, and daily activities.
